Menjangan Island is known as an underwater paradise with some of the best snorkeling and diving spots in Bali. This 3days/2nights tour will take you to explore the highlights of northwest Bali. West Bali National Park is a beautiful nature reserve, perfectly unspoiled and it is a true paradise for birdwatchers and lovers of nature and wildlife. In the park, there are over 160 wild exotic birds to be spotted, including the endangered Balinese Starling - a bird endemic to Bali. The park is also home to monkeys, flying foxes, boars, and sea turtles. Menjangan Island is also part of the nature reserve - an uninhabited island with a wondrous underwater world, featuring beautiful coral gardens and exotic marine life. A great place for snorkeling and deep-sea diving with visibility at depths of up to 60 meters.

DAY 1: Jatiluwih rice terraces - Fruit market – Ulun Danu temple, Beratan lake – Candi Handara Heaven Gates – NusaBay Menjangan Resort

The tour starts in the early morning with a pick-up from your hotel (8 am sharp!) One of our professional guides will take you to see some beautiful and inspiring places on the way to northwest Bali where you get to stay in a beautiful luxury resort inside West Bali National Park. The first stop is at Jatiluwih Rice Terrace, a place where the beauty of Bali Island strikes merciless. It is a true landmark of Bali where you can take stunning photos! Then, we will drive further up north to see the beautiful lake temple Pura Ulun Danu Beratan, located at 1200 meters above sea level. In the mountain village of Bedugul, you will also visit a traditional fruit market where you can buy strawberries freshly harvested from the land and more exotic fruits. Next stop is at Bali Handara, also known as ‘the gateway to heaven’. Need some amazing photos to feed your Instagram? This is the spot! From here, we drive straight to the harbor in Pemuteran where a speedboat will take you to NusaBay Menjangan Resort. It is the only hotel located inside West Bali National Park and it is the place where you will be spending 2 nights in a row. How wonderful!

DAY 2: Private snorkeling boat trip to Menjangan island – Free day at leisure at West Bali National Park

Waking up in a nature reserve is quite something special! The atmosphere is so peaceful and the surroundings are so beautiful! Hear the birds sing their morning songs, see wild deer roam around your bungalow, enjoy breakfast and get ready to explore this stunning nature reserve. First, you will be going on a private snorkeling tour to Menjangan Island. The coral gardens and marine life around this little island are magically beautiful, claimed to be one of the best places to go snorkeling in all of Bali Island. With a bit of luck, you get to spot Mandarin fish, reef sharks, angelfish, and fish surgeon. You will be amazed! After exploring the world beneath the surface of the sea, it is time to go hiking on Menjangan Island, where you can spot wild deer and more wildlife before returning to the resort where you can relax and soak up the peaceful environment some more.

DAY 3: Brahmavihara-Arama Buddhist Monastery - Munduk waterfall – your hotel in Bali (next destination)

After breakfast, it is time to check out from the resort. Your personal driver will be there to drive you back to the south of Bali Island (don’t forget to mention the name of your hotel on the booking form). On the way, we will stop at 2 amazing places: Brahmavihara Arama - the biggest Buddhist monastery in Bali, and the beautiful waterfalls of Munduk. We will arrive at your hotel in the south in the afternoon.
