Day 1 (West part): Transfer from Bali to Nusa Penida - snorkeling at Crystal Bay and Manta Point - Kelingking beach - Broken beach - Angel's Billabong beach - overnight in hotel.
Your private trip to the island of Nusa Penida starts in the early morning with a pickup from your hotel in Bali around 06.30 - 07.00 am. Our shuttle bus will take you to the harbor of Sanur where a speedboat awaits to cruise you over to Nusa Penida in approximately 45 minutes. Our professional, English-speaking guide will be there upon your arrival, taking you to see and experience the highlights of Nusa Penida in the next 2 days. The adventure starts with a private snorkeling tour to Manta Point where you will swim with the amazing Manta Rays and Crystal Bay where you can admire stunning coral gardens and tons of exotic fish and other marine life.
After the snorkeling tour, you will be taken to the most Instagrammable beach on the island: Kelingking Beach. This stunning bay features a powdery white sandy shore, crescent blue waters and high limestone rock formations. From Karang Dawa point, you will be blown away by the view and you can snap some amazing photos. The beach is quite secluded and it takes around one hour to get down there following a pathway that is only secured by bamboo rails. Gazing at the deep blue Indian Ocean, breathing in the fresh sea breeze and listening to the rhythmic sounds of waves crashing onto the rocks, Kelingking Beach is one of the main reasons why people travel to Nusa Penida, and once you are there, you know just why.
The journey continues to another highlight of Nusa Penida: Angel’s Billabong. This amazing place is like a natural infinity pool with emerald waters surrounded by dramatic rock formations. When the tide is low, you can even swim in the crystal clear waters of this natural lagoon - an amazing experience and you can take the coolest photos (or let someone take them for you)!
Next stop is Broken Beach. If you are a travel photographer or a nature freak, you will find yourself in heaven at this distinguishable landmark of Nusa Penida. Broken Beach features a natural pool surrounded by high cliffs that have been shaped in unique ways by the mighty waves of the ocean crashing onto the rocks. The arched tunnel is gorgeous - a true spectacle of nature.
After Broken Beach, our guide will bring you to the hotel where you will be spending the night. You can relax and take a rest for tomorrow will be another amazing day, exploring the eastern part of Nusa Penida.
Day 2 (East part). Goa Giri Putri (cave temple) - Atuh beach - Tree House - A Thousand Island - Teletubbies Hill - transfer back to Bali.
After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up by our guide. You will explore the highlights of East Nusa Penida today and the first stop is at one of the island’s most important cultural attractions - The Goa Giri Putri Temple. This entrance is very narrow and it is guarded by a shrine. Inside, you will discover a beautiful temple with 6 praying spots and a whole lots of bats. Visitors can take part in a holy water purification ritual. You must wear a sarong and a sash, our guide will assist you in renting.
From here, we proceed to the famous Atuh Beach, which is one of the most epic beaches on the island. A place that will take your breath away from the very first glance. From the top of the stairs, the view is already magnificent and once you are standing on the beach, with your feet in the sand, you know that paradise is right here on earth. Atuh Beach features crescent waters and imposing rock formations that tower out above the surface of the sea. The surrounding green cliffs give this beach a very secluded feel. It takes approximately 30 minutes to get down there but it is totally worth your efforts!
From this magnificent crescent bay, we don’t have to drive very far to get to the next strop: Thousand Island Viewpoint (Pulau Seribu). Here, you can take some more beautiful photos to make everyone jealous back home. We will also visit the famous Tree House, a beloved Instagram spot and the last place to visit is the Teletubbies Hills, a place could come straight out of a fairytale story. These lush green hills contrast beautifully with the clear blue sky and the deep blue ocean. It is yet another amazing place to take photos!
From Teletubbies Hills, you will be taken to the harbor of Nusa Penida where your fast boat back to Bali awaits. Upon arrival in Sanur, you will be transferred back to your hotel by a shuttle bus.
