Based in Bali, we specialize in creating tailor-made holidays and honeymoons throughout Indonesia. We’re part of The Seven Group, alongside The Seven Agency - one of the most trusted wedding planners on the island. If you’re studying tourism, marketing, communications or anything in between, there’s real value here.
A Real Internship with Real Experience
This isn’t an internship where you shadow someone and leave with nothing but a photo by the printer. You’ll be involved in projects that matter and contribute meaningfully to our daily operations.
Depending on your skills and interest, your experience could include:

Life in Bali While You Learn
Interning in Bali means mornings with rice field views, weekends spent chasing waterfalls, and evenings with your feet in the sand. We’ll give you the tools to work well and the freedom to explore.
You’ll also get to try out some of the amazing tours and experiences we offer to our guests; from water rafting and purification ceremonies to island day trips and local food safaris. We’ll even provide a motorbike for you to get around, just bring your international driving license and a little courage for Bali traffic.

The Legal Part You Need to Know
Internships in Indonesia must follow national regulations, and we don’t cut corners.
For international students, internships must be unpaid by law. To join us legally, you’ll need to apply for a Social-Cultural Visa (B211), which allows non-paid internships and voluntary work in Indonesia. We’ll provide an official internship letter to support your visa application. If you’re already in Bali on a tourist visa, you are not eligible for this internship. Please check this before applying.
For Indonesian citizens or KITAS holders, the rules are simpler. You won’t need a special visa, and you’re welcome to apply as long as you meet the program criteria. Just let us know your current location and status when you apply.
