DAY 3. Melasti beach, Padang-Padang beach, Uluwatu temple, Kecak fire dance (B)

After enjoying a hearty breakfast in the hotel restaurant, you will be picked up for a full-day tour around Bukit peninsula - the southern tip of Bali Island, where the most beautiful white sandy beaches are located beneath high limestone cliffs. You will have a lot of time for swimming in the azure Indian Ocean and soaking up the sun on Padang-Padang and Melasti beach. From the

beach, you will visit the Uluwatu Temple, sitting on the edge of a 60-meters high ocean cliff to protect the island from evil sea spirits. The views from up here are stunningly beautiful. The temple is also home to hundreds of cheeky macaques. These monkeys are great little thieves so do be careful of your belongings. Just before, you will witness a traditional Kecak dance - a form of Balinese dance and musical drama, telling one of the epic Ramayana stories. If all of this excitement got your belly rumbling, opt to have a delightful seafood dinner at the celebrated Jimbaran Bay. Our driver will be happy to take you there before going back to the resort for a great night sleep.

DAY 4. Morning flight from Bali to Yogyakarta. Prambanan temple, Keraton Royal Palace, Taman Sari Palace (B,L)

Welcome the mystical and exotic island of Java and charming city of Yogyakarta! On the airport of Yogyakarta, you will be greeted by our guide and driver and will be taken to your hotel. Today you will explore one of the most significant temples and royal palaces of Yogyakarta, including UNESCO-listed Prambanan temple. This tour, guided by our professional guide, starts from visiting one of the world's largest Hindu temples - Prambanan, built in IX century. This temple complex, that consists of 224 shrines, is also one of the biggest in Southeast Asia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The main three temples of Prambanan are dedicated to Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma. The next site to visit is Sultan Palace Kraton that is in the center of Yogyakarta city. At this place tourists can experience how the Javanese culture lives

nowadays and is preserved. Sultan Palace Kraton was built in 1790 and until now represents the walled city with its own shops, market, schools, mosques and also batik and silver industries. There are 25,000 people living here and around 1000 people are employed by the Sultan. Kraton is a "must see" site in Yogyakarta so you can understand how the real, authentic life of Central Java is going now. Before going to the hotel, we will show you another remarkable palace in Yogyakarta - Taman Sari, the site of a former royal garden of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta. Taman Sari was originally built for multiple purposes yet now only several buildings remain. Some of its original functions were forrest, to meditate, to work, to hide and to defend the Sultan’s family.

DAY 5. Borobudur Sunrise tour & Plateau Dieng, Sikidang crater, Colorful lakes, Temple complex Arjuna, tea plantations (B,L)

Wake up early today as you are going to see, probably, the most beautiful and mystic sunrise in your life - a sunrise at the famous Borobudur Temple, which was built in IX century. Borobudur Temple Compound is an example of Indonesia’s art and architecture and consists of three monuments - the Borobudur Temple and two smaller temples located to the east on a straight axis to Borobudur - Mendut and Pavon Temples. All of them together represent phases in the attainment of Nirvana.

Continue the trip to the North, to the beautiful Dieng Plateau. The name "Dieng" descends from the words "Di Hyang" and it translates to "Abode of the Gods". The scenic volcanic landscape, the sulfur springs, and the colored lakes make this place a real natural wonder, reminding us of a fairy tale or a different planet. When wandering around here, you will understand why the ancient Javanese people considered Dieng Plateau as the seat of supernatural powers. Even the drive to get here offers impressive sights and on the way up, you will pass through tobacco plantations and sightly mountains.

The highlight of this day is standing on top of the Sikidang Crater where you are surrounded by steaming vents and bubbling mud ponds. With facemask on, you can walk all around the crater. A unique experience that is not meant for the faint-hearted. From here, you will drive to the Arjuna Temple Complex - home to some of the oldest temples in Java. Arjuna consists of 5 temples located inside the complex and another 4 just outside of the temple complex. All of them were built at the end of the 12th century. In fact, these 9 temples are the only ones remaining from the 400 temples that were built here ages ago. The last place to visit on this impressive day in Java is an enchanting multiple-colored lake. Shimmering in shades of red, green, blue, white and mauve, this lake is really stunning and the atmosphere around the lake is wonderfully calm and quiet. A full day of impressive and magical places and now it's time to go back to your hotel.
